Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Order Updates
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

1. Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Return Process
Please contact us by email before sending your order back. Our team will provide you with the return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
