How long does it take for me to receive it?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Processing Time:
0–2 business days for in-stock handcrafted jewellery; 3–5 business days for custom-made products. (Custom orders require an additional 3 business days for handcrafting.)

Why are some items noted a different processing time?
Our jewelry is handcrafted to order. Some custom or complex designs require extra crafting time, so you may see longer processing time such as "3–5 business days" shown under the "Buy now" button on product pages. If you have a tight timeline, please do let us know before placing an order.
Do you accept returns for handmade jewelry?
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and kept in original packaging. Custom-made pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please check our Delivery & Returns page for full rules.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and tracking link. You can use this information to monitor your package delivery status online. If you have not received the shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team for help.
What happens if my item arrives broken or damaged?
Please contact us with photos of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will solve the issue for you.
Is your jewelry truly handmade?
Every piece of our gothic jewelry is handwoven and hand-assembled in our studio. No mass-produced factory moulds are used. Tiny differences between each item are unique marks of handcrafted work.
Can I customize my jewelry design?
Yes. We offer custom handmade gothic jewelry. Please send your custom requirements to our email [help@krevell.com]before ordering.
Can I modify the design of existing listed items?
Minor tweaks to our existing designs are available upon request. Extra fees and longer production time may apply, contact us by email to discuss your idea before ordering.
What material are your jewelry pieces made of?
Our gothic jewelry is mainly crafted from titanium steel. It is hypoallergenic, resistant to tarnish and discoloration.
How to maintain my handcrafted gothic jewelry?
To extend the service life of your jewelry, avoid wearing it while showering, swimming or exercising. Keep it away from perfume and moisture. Store it in a dry place when not wearing.
